Most strategic engagements run 8-16 weeks with regular touchpoints, while organizational reviews typically span 6-8 weeks. Executive advisory can be structured as monthly sessions or more frequent depending on what's helpful.
We adapt our approach to each situation, but generally we start by understanding your context through conversations and document review. We then work collaboratively to develop frameworks and analyze options. Throughout, we facilitate discussions with your team to build alignment. Deliverables vary by engagement but typically include written analyses, frameworks, and actionable recommendations.

Our services range from CAD $625 per executive advisory session to CAD $2,750 for comprehensive growth strategy development. Organizational design reviews are CAD $1,950. We provide clear scoping and pricing before beginning any engagement, with no hidden fees or unexpected costs. Payment terms are flexible and can be structured to align with project phases.
While we're based in Montreal, we work with clients across Canada and beyond. Much of our work can be conducted remotely, with in-person sessions scheduled when they add value. We're comfortable with hybrid approaches that balance the efficiency of remote collaboration with the benefits of face-to-face meetings at key milestones.
We can typically begin initial conversations within a few days of your inquiry. The timeline for starting a formal engagement depends on scope and our current capacity, but we're generally able to commence work within 2-3 weeks. For executive advisory sessions, we can often accommodate requests more quickly given their flexible structure.
